Client is an accounting firm with 4 distinct business lines. 2 of their business lines used different workflow systems and a 3rd was considering adopting one as well. They wanted help with identifying a platform the entire firm could use.

- Reviewed existing documentation (digital roadmap, current pain points, requirements, alternative platforms, etc)
- Conducted workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements for future state solution(s)
- Researched relevant products and developed a short list of 3 to 5 integrated products to evaluate
- Facilitated vendor reviews and product demos with stakeholders
- Developed system recommendation plus transition and integration plan
Outcome
Client decided to adopt Karbon - an integrated practice management platform that addresses multiple needs and enables the entire firm to operate on the same technology stack.
