Powering Business Operations Through Work From Home

I recently had the opportunity to sit down (remotely) with Chris McManus of SolarWinds to discuss how IT enables employee productivity and powers business operations through the new reality of working from home due to the COVID-19 crisis. We experienced first hand some of the practical challenges while recording this podcast (e.g. when your neighbor starts to mow the lawn in the middle of the recording)!

If I had to sum up the approach I’ve taken (and recommend) is that you take a breath, focus, and prioritize. I’d also emphasize the importance of communicating effectively and constantly with your team and stakeholders. After all, we’re all #inthistogether.
